CREATIVE DIRECTOR - FULL TIME
Must be able to complete various tasks in order to produce a finished model, graphic or label:
-Apple Mac Proficient
-Proficiency in Full Adobe Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash
-Proficiency in Web Design
-Proficiency in Graphic Design
-Coding Expert
-Proficiency in Multimedia production and Social Media management
-Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations
-Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process
-Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept
-Understanding trends within the scope of the industry
-Using graphic design and other relevant software
-Understanding of the latest creative trends
-An ability to communicate well with staff and clients; good planning and organizational skills
A web designer creates the look, layout, and features of a website. The job involves understanding both graphic design and computer programming. Once a website is created, a designer helps with maintenance and additions to the website. They will work with our development teams and managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks.
A web designer's job duties cover all aspects of creating a website and help create and maintain the product. Their duties include, but aren't limited to, the following:

-An associate's degree program related to web design, such as an Associate of Applied Science in Web Graphic Design lays foundation in the design and technical aspects of creating a website. Common topics include:

Multimedia programming and technology
